What does it cost for me to hire you?

We charge a flat contingency based fee only. No fee’s until there is a recovery.

What is the debt collection process?

Once your accounts are entered into our system we send the consumer a Validation Notice. Regulations now demand we wait 30 days after the Validation Notice has been sent to begin contact attempts by phone. Once contact is made we work with the consumer to resolve your past due account in a timely fashion.  Monthly statements will be sent to you to report any payments that have been made to our office and any payments you reported to us received in your office.
